Yesterday!

Yesterday Mallory left for camp and we hung out with friends...here are some crazy pics we took throughtout the day! Enjoy!

Survival....

Well my 12 year old "survived" his first year at TEEN church camp...wow how time flies and wow at how much older he seems when he comes back...Now my 10 year old leaves on Tuesday and all my 5 year old talks about is...when I get Big MOM I am going to camp like my brother...TOO CUTE!

AMAZING!

Is all I can say...I have had numerous tests in college thus far and have done very well but the one thing I was dreading most was "writing" after 20+ years of NOT having too but as I sat down to do my first essay on (self-concept) it took alot of thinking but then as I began to write the words flew through my fingers which only goes to show that PRAYER does us justice EVERYTIME! AMEN!

Kerry's BIG "60"

Well our charge Nurse Kerry finally hit the BIG "60" this past month so we had a celebration of his favorite spread...HOT DOGS at 2:00 am ...we must have been crazy? But it sure was fun...we gave him a fishing pole lighter and a kewl fishin hat and a gift card for a new pole from Bass Pro Shop...Happy Birthday!

Tween Bible Study!!! and Riley too!

"Tweens" gotta love em...We started our new Bible Study this morning and it will last 365 days..The kids did an awesome job reading the devotions and opening the Word of God to explore yet more scriptures dealing with their lives today...It was such a rewarding time and it is all about TWEENS which is right up their alley! I am so excited to see where God is taking us on this new journey into young teenage survivors!!! You may think Riley is just coloring and writing numbers but when it was his turn to speak he asked...Mom? Can you hide under the covers and still talk to God? lolololol Needless to say we were about to roll in the floor but kept our composure and I answered...Riley, YOU can talk to God whenever and wherever you want and HE WILL LISTEN! AMEN!

Memorial Day Picnic 2010

What a great time with church family on Memorial Day at the Park...the day was nice and the rain held off until it was all over! The kids always look forward to this time...summer church camp is on the way in just 2.5 weeks!
